Snoop Dogg and Iggy Azalea: Beware the Test Cycle

Snoop Dogg, a well-known rapper, had a little lapse in judgment in October: he began by mocking young female rapper Iggy Azalea by posting a nasty photo on his Instagram account, and then fuelled the fire by calling her nasty names.

This behaviour isn’t surprising, as he is in a 2/4 cycle month.

It is not unusual for people to make errors in judgment when a test cycle is in dominance. The main thing to watch, though, is that October represents a mini-preview of the energies that will be dominant in the whole NEXT CYCLE YEAR.

Sooo….if this month has been any indication of what is to come (and it is), Snoop should practice thinking before he speaks--at least in social media. 

Test Cycles

Sometimes when people are in a test cycle months they can be a little cranky, and this can often result in nastiness. 

Snoop Dogg was extremely rude to Iggy (who also took her stage name from a dog: a childhood pet, named Iggy). 

The whole communication became very surly on Instagram. Snarls and barks flew back and forth, until finally, Snoop Dogg seemed to realize he had taken on a smaller--but perhaps fiercer--girl dog rapper, and he now seems to be backing away with his tail between his legs. He has since apologized. 

And for her part, Iggy is letting her hackles go down and even giving a little growl of forgiveness to the rude big dog.

Snoop Dogg was born October 2, 1971. He is a 3 Life Path person under the influence of 2: an absolutely perfect combination for anyone in entertainment or communication.

This year, he is in a 1/3 cycle year which is the beginning of a new 9 cycle year. It is important for him to plant positive seeds of communication for the remainder of this cycle year.

A Bigger Challenge Still to Come?

Next year–2015–will bring tests and challenges in his career life.

The saddest thing is that Iggy Azalea (real name: Amethyst Kelly) is also in the first year of a new cycle. I say this is sad because--at least theoretically--these two could have been great friends as they share the same cycle pattern in the same cycle journey.

Iggy is a 5 Life Path person, under the influence of 7. This is a powerful life path, and if I were Snoop's numerologist I would have told him to back off long ago.

Like good doggies, though, they have made peace. 

And it’s a good thing because 2015, the coming year, could itself represent a bigger dog than either Snoop or Iggy. 

Test cycle years (4 cycle years) are very big dogs indeed--with very big teeth. And it’s going to be a test cycle year for both of them. 

Being as polite as possible is always a good strategy with dealing with a bigger dog.

It will be interesting to see how they each deal with this challenging upcoming cycle.
